We're growing Brandon together!

A collaborative alliance focused on intentional growth and long-term opportunity for Brandon.

OUR PARTNERS:

OUR VISION

What is Grow Brandon?

Grow Brandon is a collaborative alliance that brings together leaders from business, education, Indigenous organizations, and all levels of government to align efforts around Brandon’s economic growth.

Grow Brandon is not a standalone organization or an active economic development agency. Instead, it serves as a coordinating table, a place where partners come together to share information, align priorities, and support informed decision-making that benefits the community.

By working collaboratively, Grow Brandon helps ensure that growth in Brandon is strategic, intentional, and well-planned, rather than reactive or fragmented.

Our Role

Grow Brandon focuses on alignment, influence, and coordination, not service delivery.

That means Grow Brandon works “behind the scenes” to:

  • Align partners around shared economic goals

  • Support informed advocacy for infrastructure and growth priorities

  • Provide a unified voice when engaging senior decision-makers

Working together

Grow Brandon is built on the belief that Brandon is strongest when partners work together.

Every partner contributes through participation, collaboration, and shared commitment. This approach allows Grow Brandon to remain focused, flexible, and effective while supporting the broader economic ecosystem already in place.
